Sleeping 8, this villa boasts a generous veranda, spacious garden-level covered living area, elevator and trellis deck. Charming appointments include a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and professionally decorated southern style throughout. Located just 3 tenths of a mile from The Dunlin hotel.
The ground level includes a garage and garden covered outdoor living space. Ascend to the second floor and you’ll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, covered porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom offers two queen sized beds and an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-Golf cart is not included. Golf cart rental is an option
-There is room for one car in the garage and one on the driveway. There is a garage space for golf cart rental. There is also parking on the street
-No pets allowed
-Fireplace not for guest use
-Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.
-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
