“Gone Coastal” 2586 Helmsman Road, Johns Island is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome inspired by nautical themes and whimsical touches. Sleeping 6, this villa boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, spacious garden-level covered sitting area, and porch.
The ground level includes a garage and covered outdoor living space. The second floor and main floor you’ll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable living room, dining room, covered trellis porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. Both have king sized beds with attached bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combination. There is a full-sized washer & dryer located on the 2nd floor as well.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enhance your stay at Kiawah River by purchasing an amenity pass. Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a nightly fee of $180 per night. Should you opt out now but decide to upgrade upon arrival simply email Sewee Properties to opt in and enjoy full access to everything Kiawah River has to offer.

-Fireplace not for guest use
-Guests have access to the one car garage. Parking for 1 car is available in front of the garage. There is also parking at the street.
Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-Choose to add the Spring House Amenity Center fee by emailing Sewee Properties at the time of booking or upon check-in. When booking through Airbnb or VRBO you may add the fee after booking when you electronically sign your Streamsign Guest License Agreement.
