Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
THINGS TO KNOW:
• No pets allowed.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
• Guests have access to the one car garage. There is also parking at the street.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enhance your stay at Kiawah River by purchasing an amenity pass. Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a nightly fee of $240 per night. Should you opt out now but decide to upgrade upon arrival simply Sewee Properties to opt in and enjoy full access to everything Kiawah River has to offer.
Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.-Choose to add the Spring House Amenity Center fee by emailing Sewee Properties at the time of booking or upon check-in. When booking through Airbnb or VRBO you may add the fee after booking when you electronically sign your Streamsign Guest License Agreement.
