The Goldeneye Description

“Goldeneye” (3021 Southerly Way) Come relax by the river in a waterfront bungalow located on the stunning Kiawah River.  The Bungalows are a limited collection of eleven furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River.  The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.  

 

Goldeneye offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub.  Washer/Dryer is not provided.  There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property.  There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage.  The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.  

 

Goldeneye is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island.  Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5 minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village.  25 minutes from downtown Charleston.  Walk or bike the extensive network of trails, join a goat yoga class or book a kayak, boat or fishing tour that departs steps away from your bungalow.  

 

Occupancy is 2.  

 

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: 
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.   


Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours.  Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5.  The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

THINGS TO KNOW:
• Check in is at 4 pm, Check out is at 10 am
• No pets allowed
• Two cars are allowed.  1 car garage and just in front of the bungalow

• Inquire about renting multiple bungalows (11 are available) 
• Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change

 

BOOKING PROCESS:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed.  This is sent via email and signed electronically. 
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days.  You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.  No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
