Find yourself nestled in nature at this spacious townhome located in the new coastal resort destination Kiawah River. Offering plenty of space to relax you will enjoy the living area outfitted with 4 chairs and one large sofa and a wall mounted large smart tv over the fireplace. In the kitchen you will find a large island with bar stool seating, custom cabinets, and high-end appliances. Off the kitchen is a second seating area for 4, and outdoor patio and dining area with plenty of room for everyone.
Three bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom invite you to recharge during your getaway. The first bedroom on the main level provides a king-sized bed, television and attached bathroom with walk in shower. Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you find the two additional bedrooms. One with two twin-sized beds and attached bath with tub/shower combo. The third and final bedroom offers a king-sized bed and walk in shower. There is a bonus outdoor oasis under the townhome, with an additional couch and chair lounge space.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
