The ground level opens to a mud room, indoor/outdoor ping pong room and exterior fireplace with tv and lounge space. Come upstairs to the 2nd floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, bar area, half bathroom, dining table, comfy living space and screened in porch.
The third floor includes the master bedroom with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with tub & walk in shower and private screened in porch. The laundry room with washer/dryer is located on this floor. The second bedroom also located on this floor and offers a queen-sized bed with adjoining bathroom with walk in shower.
The 4th floor is home to the third bedroom. The queen-sized bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Also located on the 4th floor is a second living room space with large sectional and television providing plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
THINGS TO KNOW:
• No pets allowed.
• This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option.
• Guests have access to the garage and driveway. There is also parking at the street.
• Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change

Enhance your stay at Kiawah River by purchasing an amenity pass. Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a nightly fee of $180 per night. Should you opt out now but decide to upgrade upon arrival simply email Sewee Properties to opt in and enjoy full access to everything Kiawah River has to offer.
Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-Choose to add the Spring House Amenity Center fee by emailing Sewee Properties at the time of booking or upon check-in. When booking through Airbnb or VRBO you may add the fee after booking when you electronically sign your Streamsign Guest License Agreement.
