Adorable Lowcountry retreat located in the new coastal resort destination Kiawah River. Private stand-alone cottage set along the stunning Kiawah River.
Three bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The first bedroom on the main level provides a king-sized bed, television and attached bathroom with walk in shower. Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you find the two additional bedrooms, each with king sized beds. One bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
Chickadee Cottage is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village. 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Walk or bike the extensive network of trails, join a goat yoga class or book a kayak, boat or fishing tour that departs steps away from your bungalow.
Occupancy is 6.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enhance your stay at Kiawah River by purchasing an amenity pass. Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a nightly fee of $180 per night. Should you opt out now but decide to upgrade upon arrival simply email reservations@seweeproperties.com to opt in and enjoy full access to everything Kiawah River has to offer.
Construction: Auberge is currently building a hotel down the road from this property. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours.

• Guests have garage access
• Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change
BOOKING PROCESS:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-Choose to add the Spring House Amenity Center fee at check out when booking directly from seweeproperties.com or email reservations@seweeproperties.com to add upon check-in. When booking through Airbnb or VRBO you may add the fee after booking when you electronically sign your Streamsign Guest License Agreement.
